Terrible customer service. Responds days later. Approved the proof on the 2nd. Almost 2 weeks later they asked for me to approve it even though I already had. Arrived in 3 weeks. Held up my marketing. Barely communicated and when they arrived the picture has a streak on my face from their printers . Highly disappointed. Card thickness and design on the back is good. That’s my only positive.
